Welcome to MasterCraft Vintage Treasures & Decor. By accessing or using mcvintagetreasures.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Pieces
We sell vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items. Each piece is personally inspected and honestly described, with photographs and condition notes. Because these items are pre-owned and unique, they naturally show age-appropriate wear, and colors may vary slightly on different screens. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind, so once an item sells it is generally gone.
2. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm availability and may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is no longer available or a listing contained an error. No payment is charged until we confirm your order, and no item ships until payment has fully cleared. We will contact you with a secure payment link or to arrange local pickup.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
- Shipping costs are confirmed before payment, so there are no surprises.
- Payments, when processed online, are handled by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your card details.
- We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but typographical or pricing errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them.
4. Making an Offer
On many pieces you are welcome to make a reasonable offer. Submitting an offer does not create a binding sale; a sale is formed only when we accept your offer and payment clears.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We pack items carefully and insure them in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping & Policies page for full details on shipping, freight, and local pickup.
6. Returns
Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and described in detail, all sales are generally final. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. See Shipping & Policies.
7. Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful and your own, and you grant us permission to display it on the Site. We may moderate, edit for length, or decline to publish submissions, and we will remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content — including text, photographs, logos, and design — belongs to MasterCraft Vintage Treasures & Decor and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and our items are provided “as is.” While we describe each piece as accurately as we can, we make no warranties beyond what is stated in a listing and what applicable law requires for pre-owned goods. Vintage and antique items are sold with their natural age and character.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterCraft Vintage Treasures & Decor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
